Seasoned VP to lead talent strategy and employee experience as company scales its cyber and digital engineering workforce

Electrosoft today announced the appointment of veteran government contracting and professional services HR leader, Lisa Anthony, as Vice President of Human Resources. Anthony brings more than 20 years of HR leadership experience supporting government contracting and professional services organizations, with expertise in talent management, employee engagement, organizational development, compliance, and workforce planning.

As a member of the executive leadership team, Anthony will spearhead initiatives to strengthen employee experience and organizational development, while ensuring alignment with business objectives and company values. Prior to joining Electrosoft, Anthony held HR leadership roles at Integrity Management Consulting, Akima, MAG Aerospace, and Constellis.

Anthony holds a master’s in human resources management from Keller Graduate School of Management and a bachelor’s in advertising from Elmhurst University.
