Since 2008, Electrosoft has been implementing an ISO 9001-registered Quality Management System (QMS). Successful registration under ISO 9001:2015 demonstrates the company’s continuing commitment to quality and proactive stance relative to risks and opportunities.
Electrosoft has been appraised at Level 3 of the CMMI Institute’s Capability Maturity Model (CMMI)® for both Development and Services, indicating that the organization is performing at a “defined” level. Processes are well characterized and institutionalized, and tailored from the organization's set of standards, procedures, tools and methods to suit a particular project or customer.
ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018
Electrosoft achieved the ISO 20000-1:2018 certification in recognition of the company’s best-in-class delivery of IT professional services to customers. The certification addresses IT Service Management Systems, setting international standards for the effective and efficient delivery of IT professional services to external customers.
ISO/IEC 27001:2013
The ISO/IEC 27001:13 certification recognizes Electrosoft’s industry-leading Information Security Management Systems. The international standard outlines requirements for the policies, processes and systems a company – and its employees and contractors – use to manage information security.
Government Certifications
Electrosoft is certified through the U.S. Small Business Administration as an EDWOSB company, a certified Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) that is owned and controlled by economically disadvantaged individual(s).
Electrosoft participates in the U.S. Small Business Administration 8(a) Business Development Program, a nine-year business assistance program designed to enable small, disadvantaged businesses to better compete in the federal marketplace.
Electrosoft is certified through the U.S. Small Business Administration as a WOSB, a small business at least 51% directly and unconditionally owned and controlled by one or more women who are U.S. citizens.
