While serving in various leadership roles, he led world-class companies by fostering buy-in among teams around a common vision. As CEO of Livanta, Roger doubled revenue from $39M to $80M and led the company to a successful exit within 5 years.

With the ability to bring people together and get things done, Roger prepared Livanta for sale, led negotiations with PE firms, and ensured a smooth post-sale transition. His track record reveals a history of developing and launching healthcare technology from concept to market.

Earlier in Roger’s career, he co-founded and scaled an IT firm from $0 to $12M amid challenging market conditions.
